Emily Paskus, MS, CNS, is a nutritionist, nutrition educator and therapeutic chef. She has a Masters of Clinical Nutrition, an Undergraduate degree in Preventative Medicine and Sustainable Agriculture, and herbal certification from Sage Mountain. She believes that co-healing complex human and environmental health issues are primarily impacted through the essential act of eating. This and redefining food access, drives the heart of her practice. She blends clinical research with a unique individualized food as medicine approach, to work on biochemical imbalances, address digestive and immune health, support detoxification, leading her clients to discover self healing through dietary modifications. With global health in mind, she designs bioregionally focused menus, teaches culinary skills, facilitates workshops, cooks therapeutically for individuals with diverse medical conditions, and authors nutrition based protocols for clinical health centers. She is a forager, wildcrafter, and herbalist, intent to remember and carry on collective ancestral histories and traditions through cultivation, preparation and sharing of food.
